What Changed?

We've made two important changes:

1. Naming: "MaxiBlocks Pro" is now "MaxiBlocks Cloud"

2. Licensing System: We've switched from user seat-based accounts to domain-based license keys.

Old System (Pro)

Purchased user seats
Required individual user accounts
Needed login to access templates
Multiple users needed separate logins
More complex to manage

New System (Cloud)

Purchase license keys by domain
Activate key on WordPress site
Anyone using that site has access
No individual logins required
Simple domain activation

Does This Affect Me?

If you have an existing Pro account:

- Your access continues unchanged

- You can keep using your account-based access

- Or contact us to convert to domain-based licenses

- No forced migration

If you're a new customer:

- All purchases are domain-based license keys

- Activate key on your WordPress site

- Everyone on that site gets access

- Much simpler than the old system

Why the Change?

Better name:

"Cloud" accurately describes our cloud-based template library. "Pro" suggested locked features, which we don't have. All features are free.

Better licensing:

Domain-based keys are more convenient:

- No login hassles

- Activate once per site

- Simpler for teams

- Easier to understand

How the New License System Works

Domain-based activation:

1. Purchase Cloud plan (receives license key)

2. Install MaxiBlocks plugin on WordPress site

3. Enter license key in plugin settings

4. Activate for that domain

5. Everyone using that site now has Cloud access

No individual logins needed:

- License activates at the site level

- Admin users on that WordPress site get access

- No separate accounts to manage

- No login required to access templates

Domain limits based on plan:

- Cloud 1: 1 domain activation

- Cloud 3: 3 domain activations

- Cloud 2000: 2,000 domain activations

Managing licenses:

- Log into my.maxiblocks.com

- View active domain activations

- Deactivate/reactivate on different domains

- Track your usage

Your account continues working. You can keep using it, or contact us to convert to domain-based licenses if you prefer.

No. With Cloud's domain-based system, activate the license key on your site and everyone using that site automatically has access.

Will my old Pro login still work?

Yes, existing Pro accounts remain active. New purchases use the simpler domain-based system.

What's better about domain-based licenses?

No login hassles, no managing multiple user accounts, one activation per site gives everyone access. Much simpler.

Can I share a license key with my team?

Yes. Activate it on the domain and anyone working on that WordPress site has Cloud access.
